Physical Stock-Take
Count one shop or one warehouse at a time. A shop take never changes warehouse stock.
Count one location at a time. A shop take never touches warehouse stock, and a warehouse take never touches the shops.
Add items before you can count.
Use Add Inventory Manually, then come back and count one shop or one warehouse.
